Delivery:

We deliver your articles on the fastest way. If an article should not be available once or retard longer, then we inform you at short notice by email. We deliver depending upon requirement by parcel service, post office or shipping company. Consider to it also the reference in the description of product!

Important !! Please announce a ship-to address, with which the package can be dispatched during the day. Helpful will be also a telephone number. 

Downloadable documents will be active for 7 days, afterwards we will delete the link.

Conditions:

- Prices ex. stock from Gais, Switzerland

- Paiment in advance or cash on delivery

- The contract shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland

 

Transport:

- We will send worldwide, normally with the Swiss Postal Service:     (www.post.ch/en/ )  

Important !! Any transport damage has to be reported immediately to the respective carrier and a damage report needs to be filled.

- Obliging are the prices specified in the confirmation of order.
